As a graphic designer, I have to say these posters are much harder to create then it looks. I always want to create something similiar to these posters and then I find out it is not that easy :DD Also as a huge F1 fan I love to see you doing F1 themed graphics.

From my experience, creating sports posters with an environment-based focus really comes alive through the use of manually added shadows and highlights, along with sufficient depth. For shadows and highlights, I typically use multiple exposure layers, subtly blending them to create a cohesive look. Adjusting the colours to match and ensuring there's a main light source-even if it's not perfectly realistic-can help draw focus and enhance the overall cohesion. Achieving depth doesn’t always require a blur effect; you can create separation through elements like smoke or hazy light to give the impression of distance. It’s a process of trial and error with the lighting to achieve a unified feel. Remember, you don’t always need harsh shadows or intense light-sometimes, less is more. I hope this helps! Keep up the great work, and I look forward to seeing what else you come up. 😁

I think everything is amazing expect the colour of the fence to the left; imo it needs to be a bit warmer so it looks like it fits with the rest of the design. Great video as always though 👍

the original Verstappen was better. Your double exposure did not feel blended in at all, but rather just stuck on top of his body and masked to it. They key to those double exposures is matching the lighting and using the highlights and shadows to your advantage, not every photo will work. You need the natural transition of light to shadow in the image of the person, Verstappen in this case, to act as you blend and then drop your second photo, the car, in that shadow area and it will feel a ton more natural. The real issue is I'm not sure the double exposure really works here, his racing suite has a lot going on and even though you composition made the car more prominent, it felt half baked. I think the better solution would have been to keep the original composition, i.e. having Verstappen be a bit smaller, but use the car photo behind him with a low opacity, blended into the texture.

My ocd needs that logo on the other shoulder. 😂
